We cannot say enough wonderful things about Andrea. Since we were living abroad during the entire process, we had to put a tremendous amount of trust in someone to handle everything on our behalf and she met every expectation. She went above and beyond from start to finish, holding as many open houses as possible to help get our home sold at full value. She was constantly helping with things that were far beyond what we expected from an agent, including taking out trash barrels, returning our internet equipment to the store, and even helping coordinate the sale of our belongings, giving us contacts to estate agents and cleaners. Despite the time zone difference, she maintained constant communication with us every step of the way. She expertly guided us through escrow issues, contingency concerns, delays, and negotiations, always giving thoughtful, honest, and knowledgeable advice. We always felt informed, supported, and confident because of her experience and professionalism. She is hardworking, trustworthy, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her clients.
